Now

TheOne has great talents in graphic designing and other branches of the digital world such as photography, web designing and programming. He used to be the most notably active moderator and the third chairman, taking over the position of evil master Gunny 'ASU' Gunny who was later reinstated after constant pleading and better behaviour.

At the time of writing he has 9,000+ posts, and received his 2000th PM on his birthday, 20th June.

He is counted as one of the original members, having joined on 17th October 2004, in the (as he describes) good old days.

He doesn't care about his failure to spell more than 75% of the words in his posts correctly, but does care about the use of e-languages such as leet (1337) and txt spk, which he has an obsessant hatred for.

He is known for his constant creation of proboards and the fact that he bollocks anybody who creates them and advertises them on the forum, rather hypocritically if he says so himself.

History

On 16th March 2006 he gained the Chairman title after about a year as a Gmod and about three or four months of regular modding. He became a mod on the old Suggestions and Advice boards (when they were separate boards and named differently) then rose to the rank of CHERUB Books & Characters, before being ask by Robert Muchamore if he'd like to add CHERUB Wallpaper & Fan art to his portfolio after he'd campaigned hard to have it made into a board.

He was one of the first to begin submitting art to the new board, and is proud in the fact he created the majority of threads on page 9 (which is the final page a TOW).

TheOne was the third (non-void due to spamming) member to reach 1,000 posts (black shirt) and second to reach 2,000, he could have been first but decided to leave the last 50 messages to normal posting rather than ultra speed posting, however AMT went into ultra speed posting mode that night and hit 2,000 first. The race to 3,000 began but Toenails returned and won the victory of 3,000, with TheOne coming in 3rd. He's unsure where he came in the race to 4,000 and 5,000 but it was somewhere in the top 5.

Back in the day TheOne joined as people began submitting their masterpieces to the ravenous eyes of preying forum members on the board we all no and love as Your Writing. The work he submitted was BETA, and pretty much no one responded so he's been trying to plug it, unsuccessfully since.

Current Projects

The Race

TheOne is also trying to win the award for most long winded essay on himself, he is also trying to use at least 10mb of saxsux's vital server space; so far he has succeeded in filling 5mb. The race is on, Jamiehd has now joined in and the two are now in constant competition 10mb is the target and to follow the race check out it out here.

BloodHack

- - It has just been announced that the BloodHack project has been terminated. - - BloodHack is TheOne's incredibly secretive project that is apparently still under construction but delayed due to exams. The only confirmed information could be found on this page however the host has sadly had to shut down because his server was being used to host illegal Warez files. Apparently, BloodHack will offer a free design service including, logo, print and website design. The service will be free simply because it is run by minors' who are unable to add credit to any account and still wish to practise their skills in a professional environment.

Due to the lack of free time and the loss of such a great host BloodHack is unlikely to be completed until the summer. However it will hopefully appear late July or August. The site is being re-programmed in flash to make it ultra spicy =).

Portfolio and Blog

TheOne has recently embarked upon a new project to design and maintain and Design and Photography portfolio that doubles up as a personal blog. It is doubted that this will be succesful, bets are currently 300:1 that it won't ever be published.

As mentioned previously TheOne enjoys photography and design and is a fairly active member of deviantART. Some of his favourite and best pictures and designs are featured below with links to full sized versions.

Achievements

• Executing all three of the 2006 April Fools pranks, with the help of several others, primarily Lord of the Toenails and HappyChick
• Being the first to be told to "stop modding so damn much" by RM.
• Creating the Mod Tennis mod only word game.
• Being the first Chiki member to have this on their page.
• Being the only person with a backup of their Chiki article.
• Successfully selling 00chips for sex.
• Being the wedding organiser for 3 weddings.
• Having a 100% wedding failure rate.
