perky is one of the 2 junior Administrators, promoted on the 31st of December 06.
He joined in September 2005 and was made moderator just over 4 months later. He is known for his fascination with and antics involving fire, and more recently a potato cannon. Also intolerance of text-talkers and for his help threads; "How to make a table" and "How to make a word hyperlink".
He lives 5 miles outside of Norwich, very close to another forum member and friend Ginger Joe.
As a moderator,
- perky was first made mod of the Killing Board of January the 2nd 2006
- was promoted and recieved an extra board of Music in late July
- and later recieved AORM as a consolation after being narrowly beaten by Kai in Gmod idol (Digger 18 votes, Shinabu 17, Kai 38, perky 35)
- Approximately one month after this, Robert Muchamore commissioned perky to sort out the chaotic moderator promotions for him, and in return perky received the long awaited Gmod spot. This may or may not have been a result of Canada1824's VOTE FOR PERKY NOT OPRAH campaign.
- Around the period of late December 2006 there was a lot of discontentment amongst members, so perky wrote a note to Rob highlighting what he saw as the main problems and how he suggested they be resolved. 3 hours later perky received Rob's reply, with replies to all the points, and even the implementation of a few. As well as this, he promoted perky to the rank of Admin which was really unexpected all round, as everyone thought the next admin would be from a down-under time zone.
