MI6 is also known as SIS (Secret Intelligence Service), SIS is the foreign section of the british intelligence service. MI6 is based at Vauxhall Cross in London, an impressive building compared to it's first headquarters, which was a modest building , 64 victoria street.

Present day MI6 works in co-operation with many security services all over the world and it's main aim is to counter terrorism. One of the organizations that works alongside MI6 is Cherub, cherub and SIS often transfer employees such as John Jones.
