Keith Richard Moore Jr., better known as Junior Moore, is Keith Moore's youngest son. James' mission in Class A was to befriend Junior, therefore gaining access to Keith Moore's house and get information about his father's cocaine business.
In Mad Dogs James was to infiltrate the Mad Dogs crew, with which Junior had ties with. Upon arriving and meeting up with the Mad Dogs, James discovered that Junior has become a drug addict, deliquent and alcoholic. Junior later tried holding up a travel agent, only to be arrested and sentenced to seven years in prison for armed robbery, firearm and cocaine possession, resisting arrest and violating parole.
