Josef "Joe" Novosi is a Russian teenager who lives in Aero City. In October 2006, he and his gang of skaters beat up James Adams and gave him up to what he thought was one of Vladimir Obidin's policemen for a reward in relation to the murder of Vladimir's brother Denis Obidin. Luckily for James, the policeman was really a CIA agent, Eric Partridge.
