Boris Kotenkov (died October 2006) was a former MI5 agent married to Isla Kotenkov (died October 2006).

Bio

Boris and Isla both risked their lives to pass on information during the Cold War, despite gripes about their low wages. Sometime during the 1990s, they attempted to set up a launderette in Moscow, which failed spectacularly, and so they returned to MI5.

The two were enlisted by Lord Frederick Hilton in 2006 to assassinate Denis Obidin, the oligarch of Aero City and a corrupt weapons dealers.

During a business meeting, Isla strangled Denis with some wire and the two escaped into a hidden "panic room". Unluckily for them, Denis' son Mark discovered his dead father and raised the alarm. Denis' brother Vladimir killed the two spies after a brief search for them in which they were discovered. The whole event was captured on CCTV camera by Eric Partridge.
