Curtis Quinn Oxford, known as Curtis Key while incarcerated in Arizona Max, is the son of Jane Oxford. He was sentenced to life without parole for the murders of three people, but had his sentence reduced to seven years after it was discovered that he had commited the murders as a result of a chain of events started when a corrupt psychiatrist advised that Curtis attend military school.
Incarcerated in October 2004. Curtis was charged with three counts of first-degree murder. He was tried as an adult in Arizona and was sentenced to life without parole. However these charges were later downgraded to manslaughter, due to the fact that he had blatant psychological issues which were ignored by a psychiatrist who entered him into a military school.
When Curtis is released in 2012, he is set to inherit thirty million dollars from a trust fund set up Jane Oxford.
Although Curtis is a bright and thoughtful boy with extremely good art skills, he is incapable of sustaining safe behaviour during frequent emotional outbursts. This is thought to be due to his troubled upbringing and the fact that in these periods of time he is not in control of his mind.
