Chiki should be the ultimate collection of all knowledge and information related to anything CHERUBy. We should have more indepth information than any other source of CHERUB information, written by everyone, especially for Chiki. Simply copying and pasting stuff from elsewhere does not do this, and may be in violation of copyright laws. Articles which have been copied and pasted from elsewhere may also be in violation of the Chiki Style Guide,providing loads of extra, unnessecary work for other Chikians.
What's the point in copying and pasting from somewhere else? Rather than providing good quality, useful information that will attract people to Chiki, you are simply regurgitating information from another site, and giving users reasons to use that site for reference instead.
We want to be different and better than CHERUB Campus, not the same as them.
Don't copy and paste from other sites!
Articles that contain text copied from other sites can have Template:Copyandpaste placed on them.
The execption to this rule is if the site is licence under the GFDL, and therefore Template:GFDL can be placed on it.
