The CHERUB Ethics Committee is a group of three regular members and an additional three if need under the circumstance eg. the future of the Mad dogs mission. They are the poeple who decide whether or not a mission can be approved. None of them have any bonds with CHERUB before they take up the post. They reveiw each mission and if an adult is able to do it, they reject it back to MI5. Three members review each mission. For a mission to go ahead, they all have to agree unanimously that they think that CHERUB agents are able to undertake it.

The Ethnics Committee was introduced after a fourth CHERUB agents died while away on a mission. The ethics commitee get mentioned on every mission breafing as a reminder that the mission is not just a mission controller gone power mad.No ethics commitee mention and it will probably leave the CHERUB suspicius and wary of doing the mission. The ethics commitee rate each mission either HIGH RISK,MODERATE RISK OR LOW RISK. --Zdcherubrock 18:32, 28 April 2009 (BST)
